Training on Selling Techniques - Beauty

What?

Training of the salesteam of a French cosmetics brand, on the basics of selling.

Beforehand, we conducted a mystery shopping in their stores, to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their selling ceremony, so as to adapt the content of our training accordingly.

Then, we did a 3-day training on selling techniques, for the sales assistant and the store managers.

Where and When?

Spring 2019 in Paris : a 2-day training.

One month after: we did an additional training day, to get their feedbacks after implementing the techniques on the field, and talk about their experience.

After 6 months, as they were launching a new skincare line, we added a dedicated one-day training on how to sell facial skincare, with one of our beauty retail experts.

Who?

Sales assistants and store managers of a French cosmetics brand.

Objectives?

- Define the strengths and weaknesses of the brand’s shopping experience and customer path

- Initiate the teams to the basic selling techniques and give them the keys to improve their speech in front of their customers

- Set up concrete actions and to analyse their efficiency afterwards
