Adeline Çabale

Retail Expert, CEO and Co-founder Retail Factory

With a degree in languages and communication, Adeline has been working for 16 years in brands’ retail strategy.

She started her career at L'Occitane en Provence as a Visual Merchandiser. For 8 years, she participated in the retail development and strong growth of this cosmetics company. She worked on the evolution of the store concept, the flagships, the store animations and the shopping experience.

Between 2011 and 2013, she completed an Executive MBA at the Institut Français de la Mode, and deepened her reflection on the new challenges of digital and retail.

She is now a Retail expert, specialized in customer experience, omnichannel and retail-tainment. In 2017, she founded Retail Factory, a retail consulting and training agency.

Jacques Guyot

Retail Factory Partner, Retail & Hospitality Expert

Jacques has 15 years of experience in Luxury. His areas of expertise range from beauty to jewelry, including the hospitality industry.

A graduate in political science from the University of Paris-Dauphine, he began his career in corporate and heritage communications at Cartier, then became involved in Retail on the field. He worked for 7 years in the management of flagships as well as in department stores in Paris and London (Galeries Lafayette, Harrods) on behalf of Delvaux, Jimmy Choo and Zadig&Voltaire.

From 2018 to 2021, he lived between Paris and New York where he works as a retail trend scout across the Atlantic and across the Channel for our agency.

In 2021, he moved back to London and continued his regular collaboration with Retail Factory, of which he became a partner in 2023.

Two people committed to innovation

Retail Factory was born out of the meeting between Adeline Çabale and Jacques Guyot, both of whom are passionate about innovative retail experiences and supporting the evolution of people at the heart of organizations. Their approach is complementary, they intervene at each key stage of the employee journey in a company: from the head office to the retail environment on a daily basis, with a view to optimizing the experience down to the smallest detail.
Demanding, agile and attentive to the problems of its clients from the luxury, beauty, fashion and food sectors, the Retail Factory duo assists brands in creating bridges between e-commerce and physical stores, in an omnichannel logic concerned by the challenges of tomorrow. Stéphanie Jeuffrain

Consultant and Coach in management and customer relations

Stéphanie has been working in the retail world for 15 years. She started in New York, following studies in business school and an MBA in luxury marketing. After participating in the launch of the Longchamp flagship store in Soho, she then developed the business gifts business for La Maison du Chocolat in the United States, then for Pierre Hermé in Paris. She then set out as a Consultant to support luxury brands on their Retail challenges. Stéphanie also trained in coaching in England, with the Neuroleadership Institute, with the ambition of providing more in-depth support to Retail teams in the field and offers coaching sessions in addition to training. The goal is to ensure the proper implementation of knowledge in the field, to encourage and value successes, to understand blockages, and to help bounce back in order to succeed in managing effectively and calmly.

Françoise Quichaud

Expert in management and sales

Expert in management and sales, Françoise is a Consultant trainer, coach and certified in DISC-WPMOT-EQ emotional intelligence tools. She has acquired 30 years of field experience in the retail sector as a salesperson, store manager, flagship manager and area manager in fashion. In her different missions, she managed teams of all generations. Her objectives: to offer an unforgettable customer experience, to develop potential, to perform, all in a good mood. Since 2015, after having trained as a coach and trainer, she has been coaching individuals and groups on the topics she is passionate about: management and customer relationship. The Françoise’s touch: taking concrete actions and stepping back, for an effective and sustainable implementation.

Camille Çabale-Tehard

D2C Beauty & Lifestyle Brand Consultant and Retail Scout, based in California

Former lawyer in media and internet law, then an ESCP Entrepreneurs graduate, Camille started her career in France at Microsoft then Orange before joining communication agencies and startups. There, she developed new sources of income for these companies and new markets. In 2015, Camille moved to San Francisco to lead the West Coast activities of FrenchFounders, a global network of French-speaking entrepreneurs and investors. In 2017, she set out on her own and continued to support these entrepreneurs in their development. After 3 years in Silicon Valley, Camille moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and specialised in consumers. She is refining her consulting agency, Connecting Dots, through which she supports the founders of early stage start-ups and D2C brands on the execution of their vision in the field of beauty and lifestyle. Her culture and knowledge of both French and American allow her to help brands navigate these ecosystems on specific projects: fundraising, product launches, expansion in the US, partnerships, or any other marketing & operations project. Since its launch, Connecting Dots has supported brands such as The Detox Market, Odacité Skincare, Eadem, Dr Elsa Jungman, ...

Clémentine Seys

Retail architect specializing in beauty and food and interior designer

A graduate of the Boulle school, with a Masters in Luxury, Design and Innovation, Clémentine is an architect specialising in Retail concepts. Her experiences in brand identity design agencies and project management allow her to ensure the full deployment of an architectural concept. Her references range from the beauty sector, where she worked for Make Up For Ever and Gucci Beauty brands, to the food sector, where she developed the concept of the Palais des Thés boutiques - notably with the creation of a journey focused on the 5 senses, revealing tea - to the redefinition of the Fauchon concept around the historical and sensory dimension of the brand.

Donatienne Richard

Expert in style and visual merchandising

After 20 years as Merchandising Manager and Merchandising Trainer in Parisiandepartment stores (Le Bon Marché & La Samaritaine - LVMH group, Galeries Lafayette), Donatienne now shares her best practices and expertise as a Consultant and Trainer for major retail brands (fashion, beauty and luxury) and training organizations. She has also been teaching Merchandising and RetailCulture since 2014 in the following institutions: La Fabrique, Sup de vente, CCI Paris and Paris School of Visual Art. To complete her skills, Donatienne has developed personal image consulting, a real asset for personalized sales.

Delphine Dupuis

Expert in management and sales

Consultant trainer, Delphine has capitalized 18 years of experience in the retailsector as a team manager. Since 2014, she has been supporting retail companiesin their performance process by advocating the development of employee skillsthrough training facilitation, engineering and operational support on the ground. Her values: benevolence, team spirit and shared practices. Her beliefs: we learnby making mistakes, training is the ideal time to practice and go even further. Vanina Sarafova

Graphic and interior designer

Vanina is a student of Bulgarian origin who studied at the Lycée Français in Sofia. She then studied for 3 years at L’Istituto Europe di Design in Milan, whereshe obtained a Bachelor in Interior Design, with a specialisation in commercial space design and retail design. During her studies she worked, among otherthings, on a project to create an experimental commercial space for the Leroy Merlin subsidiary in Italy. Her training allowed her to acquire all the necessaryknowledge in space planning as well as the creation of a branded graphic content and visual identities.
