Training on multicultural sales - Russian clientele

What?

Training of sales staff on the multicultural differences of Russian customers in order to develop their knowledge of these demanding clients, their shopping expectations and their sense of Luxury. The final goal being to identify their desires and needs better so as to create a more seamless in-store experience.

Where and When?

Distance training, divided into 2 3-hour virtual classes, between October and November 2022.

Who?

Travel Retail, salespeople and store managers.

Objectives?

- Better understanding of Russian customers: how to approach them and adapt both the sales speech and luxury attitude to this specific and demanding segment of clientele

- Benefit from an intercultural approach

- Identify the do’s & dont’s
