Training on multicultural sales - Chinese clientele

What?

Training of sales staff on the multicultural differences of Chinese customers in order to develop their knowledge of these clients, their shopping culture and their etiquette. The final goal being able to understand their needs better and serve them in a seamless manner.

Where and When?

Distance training, divided into 2 3-hour virtual classes, between October and November 2022.

Who?

Travel Retail, salespeople and Store managers.
