Training on multicultural sales - Arabic Gulf clientele

What?

Training of sales staff on the multicultural differences of the Gulf customers in order to develop their client knowledge, their shopping culture and their high sense of etiquette. What for? So as to capture a key customer segment and better serve them at various points of sale.

Where and When?

Remoted training, split between 2 sessions of a 2-hour virtual class, in 2022 and still going.

Who?

Travel Retail, Salespeople and Store managers.

Objectives?

- A better understanding of the specifics of the Arabic world: extensive knowledge and discover a real ‘shopping culture’

- A deeper connection with the Gulf customers: how to approach them and adapt both selling techniques and speech to this demanding clientele

- A cross-cultural training and an intercultural exchange to create more loyalty and a long-lasting relationship

- Identify some Do's & Don’ts
