What

A ready-to-wear brand for men wanted to refresh its service charter. The brand called
upon Retail Factory to train the teams in the new selling and style techniques, in order to
incorporate them into the new charter document of the brand.

In Paris, Summer 2021

Who

In the first instance, 10 store managers-ambassadors who were trained and co-designed the new charter with our trainers. In the second instance, the new way of selling was passed on to the 60 store managers of the brand in France.

Objectives

Refreshing the customer experience of the brand and making the way of selling more casual, in order to adapt to the expectations of the customers of today. Working with the teams so they can better get to grips with the charter tool and pass it on in the best possible way to the on-site teams
