Concept & Merchandising Consulting - Food
What?
A consulting project about the architecture and VM remodeling of a store concept, for a food retailer.
With the final objective of remodelling their future concept of store, we helped our client in the architecture and visual merchandising definition of a test store: realization of moodboards, 2D and 3D visuals, elevation plans, materials research, color research, sourcing of furniture and props, merchandising proposal, etc.

Objectives?
- Inspire the brand with a trends watch of must-see food concepts
- Bring a fresh eye on an existing concept, and give ideas to rethink the point of sale, improve the customer experience as well as the shopping path
- Set up a test store to try new merchandising and concept mechanisms, before a national roll-out
