1 – Tailor Your Communication to Your Project

  • Define the framework and objectives of your project, and assess the impact of communication

  • Understand the group, its dynamics, and environment, and recognise your role within it

  • Identify your communication style and strengths


2 – Design Your Communication Format

  • Establish the framework and goals of your project, and evaluate the influence of communication

  • Gain insights into the group, its dynamics, environment, and your position within it

  • Determine your personal communication style


3 – Individual Scenarios

  • Present your creation to the group

  • Participate in a collective debrief

  • Test and refine your approach for enhanced effectiveness

In addition to this training, we offer individual coaching sessions to follow each participant in implementing the training.

A graduate in Employment Law from the Sorbonne and in Management from HEC Montréal, Rémy was Head of Employee Relations for 10 years at Chanel and Air France. Now a trainer in conflict management, psychosocial risk prevention and mediation, he uses his experience with large groups and his passion for acting to coach company executives in stress management, public speaking and self-confidence.
