1 – The basics of sustainability

  • Define the notions of “sustainability” and “luxury”

  • Explore the concept of sustainability and its history

  • Detail the 17 SDGs established by the United Nations, as a common framework engaging countries, but also all stakeholders within them


2 – The major challenges of luxury in terms of sustainability

  • Thinking about the impact of luxury on the SDGs

  • Analyse, based on real cases, the impact of sustainability issues on luxury


3 – Focus on materials

  • Understand what responsible sourcing is

  • Debate and defend your subject choices

  • Linking innovation and sustainability


4 – Become an actor of change

  • Identify your action levers

  • Define your priorities

  • Develop your sustainability manifesto

With a degree in Marketing and Communication from Audencia and an MBA from the Institut Français de la Mode, Florence has spent 15 years developing Fashion and Luxury brands. After 10 years working for Roland-Garros, she developed a training program for Hermès Maison aimed at sales associates worldwide, covering topics such as the brand's history, design, materials, craftsmanship, and customer experience. In 2020, she earned the "Fashion & Sustainability" certification from the London College of Fashion and Kering, bringing in-depth knowledge of sustainability issues to her training programs in the Fashion and Luxury sectors.
