Anyone with requests for training courses in Retail or not: manager, training officer, HR, etc.

4 – Animate different educational sequences

  • Facilitating the introduction of training

  • Leading a role play and debrief

  • Leading a game and exercises

  • Facilitating a sequence of questions and discussions

  • Facilitating a sequence of sharing experiences and good practices

  • Leading a sequence of transmission of know-how

  • Each sequence will be followed by a role-play and feedback.
