Introduction
1 – The basics of self-confidence and speaking
Work on stage fright, breathing and stress management
Understand your non-verbal language (posture, gaze, etc.) master your space and its adequacy with your gestures
Articulation exercises, speaking times and silences
Think about your obstacles and overcome your limiting beliefs
Making the connection between self-confidence and public speaking
2 – Feel your audience and interact with them
Think about your audience, your environment and your communication objectives
Construct your speech positively through your text (put your voice, punctuate the statement and work on your emotions) to serve your message and impact the audience
Interact with your audience and control speaking times (debates, questions and answers, etc.)
Develop your emotional intelligence and your 3 empathies
Know how to listen to your audience and adapt to them while maintaining your communication objectives
